Mission Statement

The Chancel Mass Choir of Zion Baptist Church give the best we can offer God through song as we worship at regular intervals throughout the year. Our singing is dedicated the glorifying God.

We're called to use our musical gifts to tell about God's love for us. Each member is uniquely gifted by God to do the work of the ministry. We acknowledge our gifts come from God and our joy in music also comes from God. Being recipients of God's grace, we seek to serve as ministers of his grace. We are called sacrificially to ministry to serve out of gratitude to God for what he has done for us.

The dedication to the Chancel Mass Choir musically requires a certain level of commitment from all of its members. The commitment to singing in the choir is a commitment to the Music Ministry of the church. Each member will do their part as a member of the choir.
